
Equipment Storage & Care Guidelines
To ensure safety, longevity, and consistent quality across all programs, all rented equipment must be stored and cared for according to the guidelines below. These standards help protect athletes, facilities, and future users.

Approved Storage Requirements
All equipment must be stored in a secure, covered environment when not in use.
Acceptable Storage Locations

Indoor athletic facility or weight room

Air-conditioned building

Secured storage unit
Not Permitted

Open or uncovered outdoor storage

Overnight storage in trailers

Unsecured areas accessible to the public
Trailers are not permitted for overnight storage due to theft risk.
Protective covers are provided and must be used when applicable.
Environmental Conditions
Equipment should be stored in an environment that is:

Dry

Protected from rain and standing moisture

Shielded from prolonged direct sunlight
Excessive exposure to weather can cause unnecessary wear and damage.
Basic Care During Use
Normal wear from training is expected. Basic care helps keep equipment in safe, usable condition.
During the Rental Period

Wipe down equipment if exposed to dirt, sweat, or rain

Do not drag equipment across rough surfaces unnecessarily

Avoid contact with sharp edges, concrete lips, or abrasive materials
After Use & Between Sessions

Equipment should be returned to its designated storage location after each session

Do not leave equipment outside overnight

Covers should be reapplied when equipment is not in use
Damage & Reporting
If equipment is damaged or becomes unsafe to use:

Stop use immediately

Notify us as soon as possible
Prompt reporting allows us to address issues quickly and avoid disruption to your program.
